Community Care Center of Lemay is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility. This modern, beautifully decorated, single-level facility is conveniently located in south St. Louis County. Our facility meets and exceeds all federal, state and local licensing requirements. Family members and friends are welcome and encouraged to maintain close contact with residents and staff. Our lounge, library, dining room, and enclosed patio provide a comfortable residential atmosphere to visit and enjoy.
